Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Because each item is thoughtfully crafted, processing times vary depending on the product type.

Made-to-Order (MTO) Items
All made-to-order items are handcrafted after your order is placed.
Processing time: 7–10 business days from the order date before shipping.

Ready-to-Ship Items
Items that are already made and in stock ship quickly.
Processing time: 3–5 business days from the order date.

Please note: processing time does not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Method & Delivery Times

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout and your location. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on the way.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet all stated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Customization complexity

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once the order has shipped, but we are always happy to assist with tracking or carrier inquiries.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if further assistance is needed.


Custom & Made-to-Order Disclaimer

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, and finish are expected

  • Slight differences do not qualify as defects

All made-to-order and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
