How to Place a Custom Order

    Complete the Custom Order Form on our site. This helps us understand your idea, preferred colors, theme, and style.

    Click the button below to get started with your custom design today!

  • Step 2: Upload or Provide a Sample Image

    Share inspiration photos, sketches, brand colors, or references. The more details you provide, the more accurate the final result.

  • Step 3: Receive a Concept Confirmation

    We’ll send a message or mockup confirming the design direction, sizing, materials, and estimated completion time.

  • Step 4: Approve Pricing & Timeline

    You’ll receive a final quote along with the turnaround time. Once approved, your order officially moves into the production queue.

  • Step 5: Crafting Begins

    We begin creating your custom piece. Each item is handcrafted with care—some pieces may take several days depending on complexity.

  • Step 6: Delivery or Pickup

    Your custom item is packaged with care and shipped directly to you or prepared for local pickup in Raleigh (if available).
